"Do not book. I was told by reception that they do not accept non-Indians. Had to find an alternative hotel very late at night. Expedia still haven’t refunded me 2 weeks later. Their excuse: unable to contact hotel. Promise updates every 72 hours. Nothing forthcoming."

"Did not stay as the property could not offer me a room of the type that I had booked. More importantly, they had no clue that the reservation has been done at all. They offered me a room without a toilet and said that I was welcome to use their staff toilet. So I was essentially turned out. Never expected Expedia to list such a property on their website. Shall seriously keep this in mind next time."
