"After reading reviews I honestly did not set my expectations high, however the stay exceeded my expectations. The check in went very well. I cannot recall the name of the woman but she was professional and very helpful in answering questions. The property is dated, but the areas we saw and our room were very clean. It was a Saturday evening and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was as described in reviews, bananas, apples, yoghurt, make your own waffle, mini muffins and some pretty awful...

"The hotel smelled like cigarettes. Staff was very nice! Room floor was not cleaned. Ac worked well!!"

"This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with a code for your door there is no one there to assist you or to ask for more towels or anything else you may need."

"The water park is GREAT! Breakfast was GREAT! I feel like the curtains and carpet in the rooms are still from the 70’s and they do hold that dusty old sort of smell. If the hotel owners could spend to improve that you would definitely have a brand new-ish hotel! We enjoyed our stay either way and would go again."
