"The staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped us with questions we had about the area. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the warm breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is within walking distance to many stores, museums and restaurants. I’d book here again! "

"From the beginning to the end, we were treated so good. And the most important part of our stay was the we were able to get the closet room for my 88 year old Mother, she has some walking issues so they put us on the first floor. The staff did a wonderful job looking after us. The only thing i would change add some more muffins to the breakfast items. "

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Relax Inn. The staff and service were pretty good. The room was comfortable and the TV worked well. There were many channel selections available. The biggest problem was with the WiFi/Internet connection. The connection continually would come on and off throughout my stay. It was pretty slow when it was on, as well. I informed them about it a few times but apparently there was nothing they could do about it."

When we arrived we were informed that there was not a room for us (despite us having received a conformation email from OYO) and the man working the desk mentioned that he has had to explain this to multiple people that night.
