"Great kitchen for cooking and eating. The hostel had a lot of communal spaces and a beautiful garden to sit and have a drink, eat or just relax. The beds were a bit rough for me with a very thin mattress I could feel the support bars. It could be a bit loud at times. Otherwise a nice stay."

My room had several issues that should have been identified before check‑in. There was a strong musty odour from the moment I arrived, the air conditioning did not work at all, and the light above the bathroom mirror was broken.
When I reported these problems, staff were polite and tried to help, but I was told that no on‑site maintenance was available, so none of the issues could be properly fixed during my stay. I was also told...
