"This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back again.Very convenient location near Kingsgrove Station. Rooms small but have everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean although Shower recess needed a scrub around the edges and door tracks. Very quiet and Hotel has Bistro downstairs for meals. Mini Mart and Woolworths close by."

My room #3 was very loud from bar downstairs trivea night was the loudest. It was also next to the door for the outside access it was loud and the light was very bright. Despite our arrival time coinciding with that of other guests, the staff seemed rushed to check us in, prioritizing the next guests over us. "My first back packers place. Loved the whole vibe of the place, so relaxed, casual and inclusive (family and all ages). Loved the rooftop view and hanging out there with our pajamas, etc. The community pantry was also great although I did not use it as I played ahead for breakfast. I only took one star out because the breakfast did not have protein options like eggs, or bacon or sausages."

"The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

However the bathroom in my room requires some minor maintenance - the washers in the sink taps need to be replaced as there was a constant leak, there is a broken tile on the shower floor and the shower curtain rail is loose. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful."
