"This was probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at as a family. Front desk lady was so polite and helpful. We were there for travel ball and the location was great in relation to the sports complex. Room was so nice and clean. You cannot beat the kitchenette in the room. Thoroughly impressed. We intend to book and stay again for future trips. "

"When I first got there I was told that elevator was broken did not have my reserved room on first floor. The worked and got me a standard room which I agreed to and it was fine. I forgot to tell them the freezer needed to be cleaned"
