"Excellent functional hotel in the heart of Nottingham. Lace Market car park is opposite the hotel and there is a discount to normal prices by validating in hotel reception. Location of the hotel is literally 2 minutes from an area full of retail and bars/restaurants. We have previously stayed slightly outside city centre but this was a real find. "There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great."

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean.
