"Clean rooms- patiently waiting for the pool to get finished.Staff are friendly and polite."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was great. But darn —I forgot my swimsuit and the pool looked so inviting!"

"Was a nice clean room and a full kitchen. Great friendly and helpful staff. Would stay at again if had the opportunity."

"Do NOT book a stay at this property because it is no longer operating as a motel. When we arrived to check in, we were told there was no room for us and the property is now a residence for a hockey team. The property had already taken a payment for the room from us. We are currently trying to get a refund. This process of getting a refund is quite complicated and Expedia has not been very helpful with the refund to this point."

"This was a convenient location to UND but there was traffic noise."

"Unique stay sharing a bathroom with another room. There is a nice living room and kitchen shared, but somewhat inconvenient that you have to go through the other rooms to get to the bathroom. It wasn't an issue, because we never saw the people in the other room. The bedroom is small "cozy" but comfortable. There is a lot of noise for sleeping, because the bedroom is facing a very busy highway with a lot of trucks. We slept quite well though."
