"The guy at the reception counter was incredibly nice - he helped me out with the wifi situation. The wifi wasn't working for a couple of days and I had to use my data (boo) but that's not their fault - I just took it up w/ IT. The rooms were nice and felt secure as a student travelling abroad. "Good location and helpful location for the commonwealth games"

"Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way."

"Very impressive"

"A really nice stay close to the university."
