"This hotel is delightfully quirky. Rooms are interesting and well equipped. Biggest shower I had in Switzerland, great location between the clock tower and train station. There is a huge lounge with multiple living rooms and a full kitchen and fridge for guests. And free coffee drinks. I recommend for short and longer stays."
"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
"The room provided to the family of 4 was really spacious and the staff was amazing and very close to the train station which is really a factor if you have few check in luggage with you. The food was amazing and really feels safe and very clean and well maintained. I will surely want to stay longer if possible."
"A pesar de que el hotel no está en el centro histórico, la caminada es corta y muy agradable; el sitio es muy calmado y el personal super atento. Excelente hotel, recomendado al 100%"
"The hotel room was very clean, and the hotel is close to the train station, making travel convenient. The breakfast was also excellent; I highly recommend this hotel."
"Good location and nice breakfast.
The size of the room felt smaller because its layout. Window in abathroom didn’t open and that made the room humid."
"Es un hotel muy bonito el desayuno me encantó muy completo y las habitaciones cómodas. Su ubicaciones es quizá un poquito lejos pero el transporte de Berna lo resuelve además q te dan una tarjeta de transporte gratis"
"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small...
"Hotel Beaulac is in a perfect location for exploring Neauchatel. It is right on lake Neauchatel. There is a museum 2 minutes away. Both restaurants are excellent!!The staff are extremely helpful"
"La localisation est le point fort de cet hôtel à distance de marche tant des restaurants que des points d’interêt de la ville.
La chambre était spacieuse, mais l’ajout d’un réfrigérateur serait un atout.
Le personnel était gentil et dévoué. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était suffisamment varié."
