"We started on the 5th floor, we found out fast that the ac was not working. Called the front desk who immediately put us in another room. She went above and beyond and I can’t think her enough for just being human, kind, and understanding. "

"Extremely clean and well-furnished room. LOTS of extra plug-ins for electronics, including USB ports. Also VERY quiet area. Special thanks to Sergio, the ofc clerk, we reserved a 1-king room, but when we arrived realized it was on 2nd floor so went back and asked if we could be on ground floor. Sergio graciously moved us to a 2-queen room for the same rate we made our booking. We had continental breakfast this morning, muffins and doughnuts, with coffee. Great experience. "

"The hotel and amenities were very good for the price. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Everything is newly renovated and looks very nice. The only negative things I can say or that there was no hot water and the reception on the TV was a bit fuzzy. Other than that, everything was great. "

"They had are room ready for us before 3 which was great since we had been driving for 10 plus hours already we appreciate that. They helped book a shuttle to downtown and back. Great breakfast great sleep "

"The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes."

"Room was clean and did not stink. Got a non-smoking room. The "complaint" i can think of is apparently there is only one ice machine and it can be a decent walk for some of the rooms at the back of the property."
