No ice machine and when I asked the clerk she said "you have ice cube trays in your room" which didn't help because they weren't filled but I'm sure the next person who rented the room was happy to have the ice I made and couldn't use. You had to ask for a hairdryer, no breakfast, pay to rent a coffee pot...
