"When I arrived, it had followed a snowstorm which brought a lot of snow and so I could see the parking area was not plowed. When I contacted the mgmt, he had a quick response and set me up in a different unit that was a block away. They informed me of a tree lighting event in the community, which I attended and enjoyed. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view was pretty."

Clearly a press to communicate clearly, but it came from several different contact points which was confusing. But I appreciate the kind interactions and information. Was a great stay, and we enjoyed our time. A handle on the sliding glass door would be appreciated as it’s the main traffic point once moved in. "
