"I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop. The continental breakfast was waffles, white bread, bagels, that were not good, and the only cereals were sweetened, i.e.,...

"I booked through Expedia about 4 hrs prior to getting to the sleep inn. When I arrived the woman behind the counter said there was not any hot water and would not be fixed with our time of stay. I understand she was stressed but appeared to be rude. We had to cancel through Expedia which took about 3 days through the weekend. We went to another town and this experience was a big hassle. I have been in the HVAC and hot water business and can't believe they didn't have a tantrum back up water htr."

"It’s a great place to stay if you just wanna sleep. Stayed overnight. The staff was very sweet and very professional. The room was OK. I had to go down and ask for soap. Also, the pool, which is one of the reasons why I booked this event was filthy and closed out of order with no notice. No one said anything about the pool being closed it should be on there post that it’s out of order rather than one of the amenities.. other than that it was a nice day stayed overnight no issues. "Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. "
