"I prepaid for a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and a twin bed. Instead Ribera Suites put us in an efficiency room where one of beds was a pull out sofa bed. There were two of us sleeping in different beds and they only provided one duvet, which meant somebody was sleeping only with sheets. Ribera Suites advertised a bed configuration that they did not even have because when I complained they said all our second beds are sofa beds. Stay here if you liked being lied to."
"From the moment we made the reservation to the moment we left the hotel we were so impressed with the Hotel Conde de Cardenas. Rafa immediately contacted us regarding location and how to get there from the train station. It was an easy 20 minute walk. Rafa also sent recommendations for restaurants without us even asking. The hotel is pretty, colorful, and instantly welcoming. Potted plants gently adorn the beautifully tiled staircase and floors. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever...
"It was understaff. The AC didn't work (we had a hot night in October). The rooms smell of huminity and like it wasn't use in a long time. Only possitive was that its front to the Mezquita."

"Could not connect to WiFi as it was not showing up. WhatsApp contact was available for speedy assistance. The room was a bit musty but that’s because there is no window/vent for the room. No luggage storage, had to go to Mesquita Arc House. Outside of that, the customer service was exceptional."
