"My check in was challenging because I paid for early check in but the system did not register it so I had to pay for them to keep luggage. I ended up asking if it was still possible to check in early and then we realized I could check in. It made my first day in Dublin challenging but I did appreciate their hospitality for breakfast & coffee. Also the rooms were very clean so that was great as well! It’s very busy so just prepared for that."

"This hotel is a convenient and affordable choice for those wanting to stay in the Temple Bar area. The front desk staff was very friendly and allowed us early check in which was an unexpected surprise. The room was clean and furnishings were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet was pretty worn in a couple spots but overall the cleanliness of the room was nice. The room was extremely hot and the window only cracked about 5 inches so we didn’t get much. "Staff and location were both good, and the sheets were clean but the whole building otherwise feels grimy. The TV remote was caked in dirt, the bowl holding the teabags etc. was disgusting and getting in and out of the shower was a task - if you're on the chubbier side, be prepared to have to squeeze yourself in and out (not very safe when you and the floor are wet). If all you need is a cheaper base to explore it's fine, if you want a nice hotel stay then avoid."
