"Upon checking in, I was given keys to a room on the 4th floor. I was carrying 4 bags on my shoulders, go to first room, it was already occupied with luggage everywhere. Go back down to front desk, get new room keys all the way on 4th floor again, go up and new room keys do not work. Go back down and finally get working keys. Get into room and go to take a shower and there is ONE single towel in the whole room. Also was not a cup to get a drink of water from the tap. Next morning, go to ask front desk person for more linens and he is literally in the corner sleeping and drooling-could not wake him up. Someone setting up for breakfast came to help me wake him up. I asked when manager would be in and he would not tell me. Awful service all around and they only discounted me $8 for 1 of the 2 nights I stayed. I’ll be contacting corporate."
