"Everything’s was good"

"We stayed for 3 weeks while a family member was in icu at Baptist, the staff was super helpful during our stay and it was just minutes from the hospital which was very convenient."

"The Country Inn & Suites in Conway: my room (312) had bed bugs I am suffering right now. My bed and pillows were infested with numerous blood sucking bed bugs. "Great"

"Found hair in bathroom and in the bed. By the time discovered child was already asleep so did not ask to move rooms. When reported to staff at checkout nothing was done. Contacted Expedia about the issue and hotel refused any sort of refund and Expedia said nothing they can do. Property slants!! Like it's not structurally sound. Room floor was at a tilt as well."

"Clean considering It seemed like an older property. Breakfast was average."

"I don't eat pork so the breakfast was basically continental in the end. I had a problem with the hot tub and the staff was attentive, but I had to go to them, rather than them coming to me to resolve the issue. I did not particularly like having to go out at night and walk to the office since I was travelling alone. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and quiet."

"The employees were helpful and the room was clean."

"Really nice property and everyone was so nice and willing to help! That’s a plus!!!"
