"Let me start with the positive…. The price and the pool, that’s it. Hotel is not clean. The floors are laminate and incredibly dirty, wear your shoes. In hope you don’t plan on using the grill…an extra $20 per use. They are very nitpicky with their towels. You have to give them dirty ones before you get clean ones. There’s a sink, fridge, and microwave, but no soap or sponge to wash dishes. The plate inside the microwave is too big so it doesn’t rotate. The pool is nice, but closes at 8…seemed...
"Clean, safe, comfortable, and quiet stay with breakfast included. I have stayed here with family in the past and will stay here again. Staff was friendly. Please note that now, if one would like to have a coffee maker in the room, it has to be requested. Parking is good, unless your parking a truck with a trailer, then it might be difficult if the parking lot is mostly full."
"The only thing missed was the swimmig pool. Always a nice refreshing part of the trip. Otherwise, we love the PVC Roundhouse. We have been going for many years to stary at you facility.
Staff great, very clean cabins and spacious. Love the Kitchen (always bring food to cook breakfast, etc.). Really nice to have a place to washs clothes, if necessary. All around fantastic facility to stay at year after year!
We go for wonderful walks and enjoy a round or two of golf at the Pinetop Lakes...
"Pride of ownership was apparent at this small business. Everything was comfortable and well kept. So much better than those cookie cutter square box motels at the off-ramps of the interstate. Overall a groovy choice in a groovy town."
"One strange thing . . . People who are not using the hot tub seem to hang around the hot tub all the time. No one used the hot tub the entire time I was there, this is probably why. I certainly didn't feel comfortable using it, it's a very small area with only a few chairs.
Staff, rooms, restaurant and ambiance was first rate! Absolutely lovely!"
