"Nice place"

"The room was dirty. There were large food crumbs on the floor that were visible. If they didn't vacuum the floor, a person wonders what else they didn't clean. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. Very limited options that were pre wrapped. The manager spoke in a rude tone, and talked under her breath negatively."

"St. Croix Suites sounds nice, the pictures look great online, but the property is disgusting and the others who were staying there... Maybe down on their luck or whatever it maybe, gave a off a vibe that you are going to get mugged, and there are drugs being used and sold all over the property. The guy at the front desk, behind what must be bulletproof glass, was a nice guy, but do not stay at this property. The and our room smelled like someone had been smoking in them for three years...

"Check in and out staff were very nice. Room was average room but bathroom was dirty. Sink had spit in it, toilet seat had pee on the seat, tub had left over soap in from previous person. I just hoped the sheets were clean. If it was not so late, I would have asked for a different room. I had stuff to clean so I cleaned the bathroom prior to using. I did let the staff know and showed pictures when I checked out but only received an apology - A credit would have been nice. Breakfast is...

"Location"

"i checked in at 900 PM and found zero staff at the hotel, after a moment i found a self serve Kiosk to use for check in. Upon using i realized this hotel outsources staff members in using this kiosk which was extremely unhelp to use. the agent of the agent was extremely rude and would not answer if i could check in with a person on site. i had the same experience upon check out. i would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs!"

"It was fine. Room was bigger than I expected but it was a bit loud at night"

"Everything was great I will definitely recommend this place the rooms were very clean the staff was fantastic the breakfast was wow spot on. I will definitely be there."

"We stayed with our kids in the loft room. It was a nice spacious room, and a good layout for traveling with kids. There are however no windows in the room. It wasn't a big deal for our short stay, but I would consider a window room if staying longer. The lodge is right by the lake and we enjoyed watching the water ski show and the outdoor space. We didn't have the greatest service in the restaurant and if I stayed again id probably consider going into town for dinner. Overall I would...
