"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Booked 3 nights, checked in at 8 PM and was KICKED OUT by 10:15 PM! Let me be CLEAR! I did NOT sneak dogs in! I told the front desk I had my dogs. She NEVER asked how many, handed me an agreement so poorly printed it was unreadable, and ran my card for the pet fee. I pointed out I couldn’t read it and she laughed and AGREED! I OWN my mistake for not checking the pet policy. But I wasn’t lying or hiding anything! Why would I openly walk past staff with ALL 3...

"Loved happy hour and hottub in my room"

"The overnight Front Desk lady was exceptionally amazing, great customer service!!! The pool and hot tub were not in working order, but the hotel is connected to a second hotel and they had a working hot tub that was available and allowed to be used. NO BREAKFAST WAS OFFERED and it was stated on the booking app that it was which was lame, and the juice machine is broken. Laundry is expensive, there is no bicycle rack available, and the house cleaners didnt come by and offer sheets or...

"It was dirty and smelly. Very gross"

"Clean, comfortable bed..."

"Great"

"Our room when we entered appeared to be clean. The towels were displayed nicely in the bathroom, however, the bathroom floor was very sticky sounding to walk on it. It obviously had been poorly mopped. The worst came hours later when we pulled back the comforter to discover that the sheets had not been changed. The comforter and pillows had been made nicely, but the sheets were wrinkled, had food crumbs and there was a dirty Kleenex in the middle of the bed. We discovered this late at night and...

"Cockroach’s and smelled pretty bad"

"Was adequate and very convenient"

"Great place close to the fargodome!"

"Felt more like a cheap apartment then a motel really. Not very secure, could hear neighbors coming and going. Room size was decent though. Bed were very uncomfortable."

"Our room was great, spacious and clean. Parking was ample. The range of breakfast items was good. During the week, one morning the coffee and tea water were luke warm to cold. Another week day morning there was no milk and no hurry to replace it. Made eating cereal difficult. Weekend breakfasts were well supplied and great. For us, the location was ideal and except for two hassles with breakfast , would rate you high."

"Best in all"
