Short walk to the nice downtown. Only drawback is you have to go to the house next door for coffee and breakfast. Would be nice to have coffee in our room or in the house. "This was a beautiful space. We visited Jarvisburg for an event at the winery (just down the street). It was the perfect location and the pool being right outside the front door was an added bonus to the relaxing vibe. We did not bring a pet but loooved that we could have. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay at COL22. The views on the canal were wonderful. Being Easter weekend, the traffic on the water was minimal, so it made for a nice, peaceful stay. I imagine it's noisier mid-summer. It does get windy, so we didn't spend much time outside.However, we did have a few, probably nit-picky, complaints. My family and I have stayed at quite a few rental homes over the years, so I feel like I can speak on what is reasonable to expect. My main complaint was the very minimal...
