"absolutely amazing customer service. there was a little complication during our booking and rosella gave us an upgrade which was so generous. the restaurant was cheap and tasty. overall it was a really good stay. i would only say maybe add some sort of lock onto the air lodge but other than that it was great "

"We really enjoyed our one night stay. The room was very quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable. All the staff we met were more than helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historical quarter of Scanzorsciato outside Bergamo. The only downside, and this is worth noting, the hotel is not straightforward to find and its parking isn't well advertised, either by the hotel in advance nor on arrival. "Here to see Arsenal play Atalanta and only staying one night so pretty much went for the cheapest I could find. really pleasantly surprised. Lovely hotel in decent location, within easy walking distance from main train station (and actually less than an hours walk from the airport, which I did to burn off breakfast on my return!). Very friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely free buffet breakfast!"
