"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."

Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "Only 6 rooms,with fan,air conditioning,shower ,toilet,wash basin.The water was always hot. The rooms are a good size with sink,one tap,mugs,plates and cutlery kettle large fridge but no cooking facilities. Large bed,double wardrobe and desk.Plenty of power points,remember to bring adaptors,Though they are cheap to buy there. There is a patio outside each room with a small table and chairs.
