"Loved our stay, very convenient to Beaver Mountain and the Bear Lake. Well equipped spot for a family, even with an infant. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was also well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive. Ample parking if needed. "

"Property as described except dishes and cooking appliances were dirty, had to wash anything we used before hand. Empty water bottles under beds even found a slice of bread under a bed, location ok, hot tub was nice, just not very clean overall could use some updating"

"Perfect location for our needs. Stayed in Garden City to compete in the Bear Lake Trifecta. Came up 4 days earlier to enjoy what the area had to offer. We brought a trailer filled with our favorite things of motorcycle, kayaks, and golf clubs. Was able to spend 2 mornings golfing at Bear Lake Golf Resort, 2 afternoon/ evenings kayaking the south end of the lake and used the motorcycle to get around town, to and from the races and also took a trip on the scenic bypass to Logan. "We have enjoyed 4th of July trips every year for the last 10 years or so and this one takes the cake! The house is amazing and the location right on the water and close to downtown Garden City is unbeatable! We will definitely rent here again! The only way it could be better would be if the “beach” area was actually sand like what is found in the North Beach area of the lake."
