We had to alter our stay because of a scheduled change… Hotels.com customer service was helpful, but we had to deal with the front desk as they were the ones who could make a decision about cutting a day from our reservation. Hotels.com customer service contacted the front desk, gave us the time they called and the name of the hotel employee who agreed to help us. When we went to the front desk, Michael said he got a call and didn’t like that he had to deal...

"It was a nice quiet place. Close to the lake which was nice. I had my dog with me and they didn't charge a crazy amount for having him with. The TV was a little bit difficult to maneuver. I think there were issues with the remote. It could have had a few more amenities. Tissue hair dryer. Just the little things that make you stay a little better. Overall it was a nice place. Check in went smoothly."

The service checking in was kind, welcoming and feiendly; despite the system used and lack in training, we had a pleasant experience. I absolutely loved the decor for halloween & the treats available :D Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order, which was the original reason we booked this specific hotel. "

"It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
