"Convenient to restaurants"

"The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology"

"Clean rooms"

"We usually have had luck with quality inns but not this one. It shouldn’t be allowed to carry the name The room smelled, the bathroom was awful. We only had 1/4 roll of TP and no extra rolls. Sleeping on the beds was like sleeping on a sleeping bag on the ground. I found out after registering that this was a homeless shelter a couple of months ago. Don’t stay here, the property should be condemned. The pictures must have been changed because the room did not look like the pictures."

"The Aerie Inn was clean and cozy. We were very comfortable and would visit again."

"Best part was the recommendation to eat at the great place across the street. Didn't really care for no one being there ( customer service) Spendy for the small room. Great remodel...cute place but tiny for two people. We went to the bar ( 20 min before they opened) Instead of offering to serve us a drink they recommend we go to a bar down the street!? I was kinda puzzled by that"

"Cleanliness, staff"
