"I stayed at Eminence on Bank and it is not too bad if you are just looking for a cheap place to sleep in the city. The location is convenient and works fine for a short stay. That said, it can be very noisy, especially on weekends. If you are a light sleeper or want a quiet night, this may not be the hotel for you. But if you do not mind the noise and just need somewhere affordable to stay, it does the job."
