I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."

"Staff were nice but the hotel needs a bit of love. I was moved rooms from a room where my back door doesn’t lock. The new room you had to lock from inside and pull to. Overall okay stay, won’t be going back but not awful. "
