"This place was immaculate. Not to mention quiet and safe, even though its very close to the train station. Its very important to follow directions given in email to find hotel. We didn't read it and ended up passing right by it and walking more than we had to. It is literally right as you walk out of the train station, so definitely pay attention to the directions given in email. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"Have had a trip down to Italy and back home again (Sweden) and this room was by far one of the more beautiful ones. Only negative I have to say was the parking situation (not Joss’s fault though) and that the elevator was very small. But bear in mind that me and my family hade a lot of stuff to bring with us due to a small infant baby - your experience will probably not be affected if you are adults and/or teens. Otherwise, good experience overall. Thank you for the stay Joss 😊"

"The photos for this property don't do it justice! A really, really great place to stay in La Spezia. It's located in a very convenient area (~5min to the train station) which made it easy to travel around the area to Cinque Terre, but also only ~10-15min to get to the old town area and walk around. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby as well. And Maria, the host, was absolutely fantastic and so sweet. My friend accidentally left his airpods after we checked out, and she even shipped them to him...

"Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia"
