"The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I slipped on bathroom tiles and bruised my hip and ribs. After my shower I went back in to clean teeth. Stepped off bath mat and went down like a lead balloon. Warning signage is a must if not spray grip. KFC on one side and maccas on the other. Close to airport. "

"I loved the convenient location for transport to all parts of the city; the staff were great-very kind and helpful. Great value for two sharing a room with ensuite. Took me a while to acquaint myself with the procedures for self-cooking, food storage etc in the communal kitchen and dining rooms, but people were helpful. Bed was really comfortable. No complaints!"

"My Deluxe Single was very spacious and comfortable. My one critique is you have to climb all the way into the capsule pod just to access the touch panel and key card slot to turn on the power. It was very inconvenient, especially when the whole the room was dark. I would suggest the panel be installed right next to the door. The hotel's location is perfect.
