"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours,no one showed up so we had to make other arrangements. This was a 2 hour drive causing us to miss seeing several historic sites we wanted to see. "Great spot in the mountains. Very reasonable drive to Sparta and surrounding areas. The breakfast she made every morning (included in price) was outstanding and it was great to be able to come back at the end of a long day and order a great dinner at a reasonable price. If it was warmer we definitely would have used the pool! Overall outstanding service and really a beautiful place. The owners have put a lot of thought into the place down to every detail.
