"I stayed one night at Orho as I arrived quite late into Panama and didn’t want to make the trip to Canopy Lodge late at night. The reception staff was very helpful putting me in touch with the airport shuttle when I arrived. It was further away from the airport, in the city, which was a surprise but I guess I didn’t look too closely at the information when I made the booking. It was indeed about 10-15 minute drive. "Travelers BEWARE! When we arrived at close to 5:00 PM, the room was not ready. Room had a weird stench and there was hair on the bed. The property is ONE room with multiple bets in a private home with an independent entrance. The neighborhood is not one that you want to be caught walking outside at night. It was super noisy with cars driving by late at night with very loud music and planes flying over. Moreover there were some banging repetitive noises that I hope were fireworks. I feel that...

"Deze ecolodge heeft geen 5 sterren en wie hierheen gaat voor luxe kan beter ergens anders heen gaan. Maar deze plek is fantastisch gelegen midden in de natuur, met wandelwegen naar een waterval. De accommodatie is dus heel eenvoudig met schone bedden en gedeelde douche en toilet. Maar als je na een nacht met junglegeluiden wakker wordt en het uitzicht ziet, wordt je direct blij. Ook de maaltijden zijn van goede kwaliteit en prijs. "
