"The rooms were clean but extremely poor network coverage even though i complained daily. The problem is the hall way had good coverage near the elevator, as we get to our room the coverage was very bad."

Hotels.com was not contactable on their customer service number. OYO could not find my booking since it was booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a messed up booking and a total sham. Lost my booking amount and all trust on Hotels.com and OYO teams. "
