"The front desk lady Ms.Donna was very helpful and accommodating. She had excellent hospitality and customer service making our stay very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton! "2nd time at this site. Comfortable enough room this time had an issue needed to call front desk tv stopped working. Front desk clerk came and had to dismantle the cable box in order to reset it. Once she did this tv worked fine for rest of stay."
