"The property was fine, passable. Check in was very bad. We brought our dogs with us and I researched the best properties when staying with them. The price listed was half the cost I was charged at check in. Once you arrive late at night after hours of driving, you are stuck. The company refused to honor their published price. Aside from that, the place was fine, the food was (again) passable, I won't stay there again. I don't like being taken advantage of."

"The room was very nice, had refrigerator & microwave, beds comfortable & bathroom nice. No comfy chair & just a desk chair. A bit tight from end of beds to desk & tv area. But overall a good, affordable place to stay. Gentleman at the front desk in afternoon was very friendly & in morning young lady was very nice & friendly."

"The elevator and pool were both out of service at check-in. No one offered a call or message inform us of these use inconveniences. During our visit the elevator was supposed to leave repaired then time we try to use it we were stuck in the elevator and had to call Emergency Services. The pool area had a foul smell and the motor was not running so the water was not being filtered although the out of service sign had been removed the next day. Even after we were stuck in the elevator today there...
