"I have to go through way too much to get the security deposit I put down to get a room back! My bank said the property released it back to my card & my bank said the Richland inn did not."

"Paid for a non smoking room, as I walked to room the stench of weed was overwhelming. Opened door to our room , smell of weed , cigarette smoke and filth was disgusting. Man at desk was super nice."

"The room was great! We had a handicap accessible room and it was huge. It was very clean and nice. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast. It really wasn't a breakfast as advertised and most of the time they were out of various things and this was like 30 minutes after the breakfast opened. Also, they were out of things like creamer "because their truck didn't arrive until Wednesday". I understand that but there was a Sam's across the street. They could have picked something up. "The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest."

"The cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was deplorable! Six or eight pieces of sausage, no gravy four or five pieces of bread and or bagels no butter no cream cheese no juice. Unable to eat there additional breakfast cost for the week were anywhere from $20-$50 a day. I asked three times for washcloths finally had to explain. I wanted the small square cloth."

"Loved the outside area. Breakfast was a let down elevators were down clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Shampoo was amazing."

"Went down for breakfast and came back to the room and the key cards stopped working. Went down to the desk to get the key cards reactivated and the one person on staff that was working was cleaning the pool. Had to wait like 10 minutes"

"No pool or hot tub. But pet friendly and provided a downstairs for convenience. The parking lot was difficult to leave in out of. When going to concert or eating."

"It was inexpensive & conveniently located. Although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to control the climate in the room. Air gaps around the door. The A/C added more moisture to the room so all surfaces were always sticky. Generally room & bathroom lighting were bad. Exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT WORK! Charged an additional night & it took are 7 day stay to get it resolved. Next time we will pay more for better accommodations."
