"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel...

"We went there with a dog, because that place is pet friendly. The staff was really kind. The room was clean and the bed was conformable. The breakfast was coffee, tea, and toast wit butter and jam but they offered organic salat. The view was also nice and the sunrise was amazing from there. "

Still top marks for what counts. One big issue! Finding the place terrible, google maps and other maps don’t have a clue. We stumbled into owners son working at local Toyota, which 100mts down the road!"
