"Check in and out was very fast. We were allowed to check in early."

"The Lakeside Lodge & Suites was a beautiful place to stay. I came here for work and originally had to change the date of my stay due to a family emergency last minute. The resort moved my reservation to accomodate me. I stayed in a double queen suite room with my dog. It was peaceful and quiet here. The lawn quite large and well maintained, my dog and I enjoyed exploring the grounds and the beach. One of the cleanest resorts I've stayed at. The complementary breakfast was pretty good as well....

"I decided to stay at this hotel to sleep over during my trip home. The pool was dirty & unclean it had leaves in the pool. It is an indoor pool with large leave in it along with dirty. I was afraid to get in it. The breakfast was not good. There was no waffle maker as advertised. There was only cold cereal, but no lactose free milk. Instant oatmeal with prepackaged hard boil eggs. I do not recommend this hotel when others are close by. When checking in, the staff had no clue how to get me...

"We stayed one night as we were passing through town. The hotel was very clean, easy check in and the bed was very comfy. John at the front desk was amazing! The only thing that could be better would be an actual continental breakfast insteadof the grab and go option. "

"When getting into bed, after pulling the cover/sheets down, I found 3-4 hairs on the sheets. I was unimpressed but was too tired to call the front desk. "

"Although I am not disabled, it does not appear that there is wheelchair accessible rooms. Steps/stairs and no elevator. "

"Awesome renovated property that feels safe and quiet with easy access to every thing despite being off a busier road. Outside looks great at night and pool and breakfast were great for us. Office staff opened the pool an hour early for a family who had the time wrong and sincerely didn’t mind helping them out. Great job guys!"
