"The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak and plaster came down. Plaster was all over the floor. Should have got a free room."

"The cleanliness was questionable, as I noticed several strands of hair on the bathroom sink and in the bathtub upon arrival. Unfortunately, our air conditioning stopped working on the second night of our stay. We were informed that no other rooms were available and that maintenance was unavailable at the time, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable night until the issue could be addressed the following day. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay....

"This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel."

"I stayed here for 3 nights for an annual work trip in Columbus, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Room was solid and clean - comfortable bed, basic amenities including a fridge. It was cleaned daily by the time I returned from work. Location is great, right next to I-70 (but not enough you notice it) and everything you'd need as far as restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby.
