"Check in took longer than expected, there was only one person working but she was amazing! Room was big loved that part of it! Room floor was dirty. The pool area looked very nice even tho I didn’t have time to go! I was given a second floor room which would have been nice if the balcony was bigger so that sitting out there was possible. Tv was too small the bath tub wasn’t too pleasant to look at. And the cleaning person came into the room when we were not there replaced our towels and only...

"My stay here was amazing! Both Melissa and Kim at the front desk went way out of their way to accommodate me. Then John the houseman always took a couple extra minutes to talk to me and make sure my stay and my day was good. Also The maintenance (Daniel and Luis) were always busy making sure the property was in good working order. I didn't get my room serviced during my stay, but that didn't stop housekeeping from making sure I I had what I needed. Always asking if they could give me fresh...

"I liked the availability of a shuttle to the airport with runs every 30min for 24hrs. There are many great restaurants within walkable distance to Hyatt House. And they also have a decent breakfast available. The rooms were nice and clean! Great experience overall. "

"I had an extremely relaxing Stay in this hotel. I just wanted to be left alone to sleep and meditate.And that is exactly what I did.The than welcoming and kind and they were just overall.Very very good places to stay and especially for the price. Also, the breakfast was really good.There was eggs sausage cheeseggs eggs bagels and toast, In some other selections it was a good way to start the day. "
