"I was giving a hotel room and claimed that I reserved a panoramic room. I stated that the the pictures are misleading. So because of my questioning the girl at the office mentioned I was getting upset and eventually stated I was not welcomed and should cancel the reservation. We ended staying anyway. Got to the room and the TV did not give channels. Their was a card for how to login for wifi. Info did not work. I asked the girl at the office for correct wifi login. She did nothing about it....
