"The family that run the hotel make the experience they are really helpful and accommodating. Helped us book Halong Bay tour and our bus back to Hanoi. Spoke good English which is helpful. Rooms were a little dated but were comfortable and a decent size. For the price you can not fault this hotel. Would recommend. "

"To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip. "This is a nice hotel nothing fancy. Clean room cold AC small TV but right in the middle of Catba. There is also a restaurant and Cafe in lobby, I got a fruit drink and some coffee it was great and very reasonably priced. It's a little hard to find on GPS I don't think they have the address correct. Overall I would stay there again. Oh yeah and if you're looking just to relax in your room they do have a few English TV channels."

I’m just wondering why the BBQ Hostel got only 2* in Hotels.com? The interior is new and modern and I had my own bathroom for an affordable price. There are still some construction ongoing in the area but it didn’t bother me at all. I will definitely come back if near by."
