"Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Eindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen waren bei unserer Ankunft keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück gebucht und dies dem Personal mehrfach in der App gezeigt. Uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, dass es geklärt werde und sich jemand bei uns melden würde – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zunächst problemlos zum Frühstück...

"Ok - so the location is the only thing going for this hotel. Other than that - nothing. It’s pretty rundown, halls smell, hair in the corners of the room, bed is so small, pillows aren’t comfortable & flat but the AC is great! There’s no mini-fridge, no snacks, no microwave, no washcloths, no washcloths. There are NO amenities. I had arranged beforehand for extra pillows for my brother because of a cancer/surgery issue & he can’t lay down flat or could suffocate… the young girl at the desk said...

"Location was good but the place was not worth what I paid for it. The property seemed rundown, my room floor was dirty and the air conditioning remote didn’t work. One of the windows was broken and couldn’t be opened properly. Noisy at times."

"Ontvangst prima. Receptionist verontschuldigde zich voor de werkzaamheden op de gang waardoor deze er zeer gehavend uitzag. Kamer op zich prima.alleen bouwkundig heel matig. Deur klemde en badkamerdeur gewoon te klein voor het kozijn en klemde ook. Afwerking minimaal. Bedden gewoon schoon en prima. Locatie ook top en geen overlast van uutgaanspubliek. Voldoende mogelijkheden voor ontbijt, etc in de omgeving"

"Centrally located in old town Bilbao. Has a locker facility right across. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room has no air conditioning, just a fan which was not enough. The bathroom was ok, with a good shower."

"Great location and absolutely sufficient amenities. The room is clean and quiet grom the outside noise. No frills. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and present to help."

"I had tripped while walking to the hotel and the manager on duty immediately brought me ice for bruises and a cut lip, bandaids and special water. Breakfast as part of the reservation was ample with many choices taken at the restaurant next door. Despite the unusual hot weather I walked to the Guggenheim Museum and around the Old Town."
