"I would like to suggest to add cameras in the kitchen, I bought my breakfast the night before because I was going to the airport early in the morning next day, and someone ate my food, even though was labeled. There any many other complaints about this situation, so please do something to catch this kind of people and ban from the hostel. Thank you!!!"

"Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft! Still, I would highly recommend this professionally-run option and would stay here again when next in Madrid."
