"Beautiful hotel in san agnello. Nice mostly flat 30 min walk to sorrento town square. Mario and family were such great hosts. Helpful with booking transportation and served a great breakfast. The room was small but comfortable. "

"Things to note about the property, which are probably common to most of the hotels in Positano: 1) Parking is expensive 2) There are a lot of steps everywhere. Do not go unless you are prepared for them. 3) They also will charge to carry your bags to and from your rooms. We were quoted 10 euros, but I negotiated down to 5. Otherwise, everything was great. "The location of the property was great - just a short walk to the beach. The camp site was well maintained and weel serviced (e.g. refuse collection). What I struggled with was that despite the homes being equipped with a gas cooker there was nothing provided to light the gas up. The mini market on site didn't have matches for sale either so was forced to buy a lighter (and had to avoid burning my fingers in the process of lighting the gas). So the place should be checked/equipped with easier...

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
