"Excellent location very close to Courthouse metro. The area felt very safe, even at night walking with young kids to the metro. Close to a movie theater was a nice bonus too. Room was very nice, loved having a large living room and table that was separate from sleeping bedroom and kitchen was helpful as well. The kids could go to sleep and adults still watch tv or talk. Breakfast was a good variety with something for everyone. The metro was perfect, silver or orange line quickly brought us...

"Close to Capitol Hill and walkable to many parts of the city. Staff was kind and the room was consistently maintained by housekeeping. I would highly recommend."

"The room was nice and well maintained. The free breakfast is like most free hotel breakfasts, pretty mediocre with scrambled powdered eggs. The main Downside is traffic and train noise. The trucks really became active around 6:00 am. Although I had a rental car, they have 2 EV chargers which I always look for when driving my own electric car. "

"This hotel is so great, caring staff, perfect if you don't intend to spend much on hotel while on vaccation for along or short period. closer to bus stops and stores & the airport. Good Good place if you just want a simple life."

"It feels like you are staying in a large brownstone. Very clean and good vibes. Very quiet. No dining or snacks available. A great place to stay if you don't need much but a place to sleep. In walking distance to alot of things. "
