"We had a great time on our family trip to the beach. The house accommodated our group well. It was right next to the pickle ball and volleyball courts and pool. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad unless you were carrying a lot of stuff. Only 15 minutes or less back to the grocery store and restaurants in Port St. Joe. The beach was great and not too crowded even on July 4th."

"The beds were uncomfortable. The place was well equipped & furnished but not plush! Great access to the beach. Hard to find your location @ night due to no outdoor lighting. They just need to clean a little better & get new mattresses and lights outside."

"This is a beautiful property that seems to be neglected lately. It is for sale, maybe that is why? We stayed in Dec for 8 days and it changed quite a bit from Dec. to July. We also just came back from another 8 day stay. Number one problem is the smell on the first level. It hits the second you open the door and doesn’t go away! We found out later it’s because of the 40, gave up filming and counting after that, plus bats living in the house! The house itself hasn’t been being cleaned well inside...

"Great house for a family. Downstairs bedroom is a nice feature. The boardwalk to the beach has a couple sets of steps which were a little tricky for my elderly mother, but we made it work. Great Stay. Would stay in this house again. "
