No me gustó que no reserven habitaciones de no mascotas no fumadores. No me gustó que al entrar oliera a un ambientador tóxico disruptor endocrino que me hizo estar tosiendo una hora. No me gustó que pasadas dos noches y queriendo coger otra noche más el precio me lo duplicaran. No me gustó que no haya rasca vidrios para limpiar...

"It needs to be clearer on your site, before booking, that parking is such a distance away. We are an older couple traveling with a cat and the walk to the hotel was substantial when carrying a cat travel box and litter tray plus your own overnight bags. My husband has COPD and I have a wonky leg so it was a trial for both of us Having said all this hotel was in a lively square with plenty of options for our evening meal and a recovery drink or two. The young lady on reception was very helpful...

"Accommodation was great but had problems with both the microwave and hob. The guy on reception was really great in trying to help. Really good location. Parking was difficult. But overall I recommend the place."
