"Shower doors broken. No water in Shower just a drip. Bugs in room. Staff were helpful on arrival helped carry up bags, 37 stairs (very steep ). Vacated in morning circa 7.30 no one around. So we both middle 60,s had to struggle down 37 steps"

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"
